Todd Whittaker Drywall Inc. (TWD) is an award winning full-service home remodeling general contractor serving the entire Metro Phoenix area. POSITION SUMMARY AND FUNCTIONS:

– Supervise and manage multiple projects of varying scopes within Greater Phoenix
– Responsible for insuring the workmanship of all work by inspecting and approving company crews and trade partner’s work
– Provide support for company employees and trade partners

– Proactively manage project related issues and scopes of work
– Demonstrate proficiency in overall construction building and skill

– Provide a proactive approach to meeting client and project requirements in a timely manner
– Manage and meet project budget and schedules
– Effectively communicate with with client/homeowners, company crews and trade partners in a clear, concise and professional manner

– Maintain daily jobsite records and logs for each assigned project
– Maintain BuilderTrend project management system for assigned projects
– Approve all trade partner’s invoices with regard to work completion and quality
– Insure timely project completions
– Contribute to company growth and level of quality
– Enhance own professional and personal skills
– Insuring safe jobsites
– Comply with all TWD policy, procedures and safety requirements

– Highly organized
– Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
– Ability to work in a team and independently
– Excelled written and verbal communication skills
– Detail oriented
– Ability to form good working relationships with clients/homeowners, company crews and trade partners

– Strong work ethic
– Basic skills in Microsoft Office
– Bilingual preferred, but not required
– Ability to confidently read plans and design renderings

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor degree in Construction Management or other construction related accreditation strongly preferred
– Five (5) years minimum construction experience
– High degree of construction knowledge and management, including but not limited to drywall, stucco, painting, framing, cabinets, and general construction processes
– Valid driver’s license
